Please be informed that Bitcoin cannot be sent to the bank account. However, if you want to withdraw money to your bank account, you first need to sell Bitcoin.
To sell the digital currency with Luno you need to have verified your identity and have digital currency in your Luno account.
1. In the Luno mobile app, select the “more” button on the top right of the home screen
2. Select the “Sell” button in the pop-up menu
3. Choose which digital currency (“Sell Bitcoin” or “Sell Ethereum”) you would like to sell as well as the currency you would like to sell for
4. Choose the amount you would like to sell, either in terms of the selling currency or the buying currency
5. Select “Next”, enter your pin and confirm the transaction
